11. Review of health and safety coordination plans

This form is to be used by the superintendent or consultants when reviewing the elements of the health and safety coordination plan prepared by the contractor.

The contractor should provide documentation referenced in the health and safety coordination plan prior to the commencement of work at the construction workplace. Where the project health and safety coordination plan does not satisfy the requirements of the principal, the contractor shall be notified and the appropriate modifications should be made to the plan.
